MAX4699/MAX4701/MAX4702 19-2129 Rev 3 4/11 Low-Voltage, Dual DPDT/Quad SPDT Analog Switches in QFN General Description Features The MAX4699/MAX4701/MAX4702 are low-voltage, 3mm x 3mm and 4mm x 4mm 16-Pin TQFN single-supply CMOS analog switches. The MAX4699/ Packages MAX4701 are dual double-pole/double-throw (DPDT) Guaranteed On-Resistance: switches with two control inputs that control two 75 (max) (+3V Supply) single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switches each. The 40 (max) (+5V Supply) MAX4702 is a quad SPDT switch with one control input Guaranteed Match Between Channels: and one low-voltage digital logic power supply. 4 max These devices operate from a single +1.8V to +5.5V Guaranteed Flatness Over Signal Range: power supply.
