MAX6461MAX6466 19-2533 Rev 2 12/05 Ultra-Low-Power Voltage Detectors and P Supervisory Circuits General Description Features The MAX6461MAX6466 family of ultra-low-power voltage Ultra-Low 1.0A Supply Current detectors and P reset supervisory circuits monitors bat- Preset Thresholds from +1.6V to +5.5V in 100mV tery, power-supply, and system voltages. Each circuit Increments includes a precision bandgap reference, a comparator, Internal 5% Threshold Hysteresis internally trimmed resistor networks that set specified trip thresholds, and an internal 5% threshold hysteresis circuit 2.5% Threshold Accuracy Over Temperature (see the Functional Diagram). Output is asserted when Internal Timeout Period Option (150ms min) V falls below the internal V and remains asserted CC TH- until V rises above V + (V + = V - 1.05).
