MAX6754MAX6764 Low-Power, Single/Dual-Voltage Window Detectors General Description Benefits and Features The MAX6754MAX6764 low-power window detec- Single/Dual-Supply Voltage Monitors tors monitor undervoltage/overvoltage conditions on Factory-Trimmed Window Threshold Options for 5V, system power supplies. These devices assert when the 3.3V, 3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.5V, 1.2V, and 0.9V Supplies monitored voltage is under the undervoltage and/or over Externally Adjustable Window Monitoring Options for the overvoltage thresholds. Supplies Down to 0.5V The MAX6754MAX6759/MAX6763/MAX6764 monitor Selectable Window Threshold Options (5%, 10%, 15%) a single voltage. The MAX6760/MAX6761/MAX6762 Single (Combined UV/OV) or Dual (Separate UV and monitor dual-voltage systems. The MAX6754/MAX6755/ OV) Outputs MAX6756 provide a single undervoltage/overvoltage 20s (typ) or 100ms (min) Timeout Period Options output and the MAX6757MAX6764 provide independent (MAX6754MAX6762) undervoltage and overvoltage outputs. The outputs are Manual Reset Input (MAX6754MAX6762) available in push-pull or open-drain configurations. Latched Overvoltage Output Function The MAX6754MAX6762 offer factory-fixed voltage (MAX6760/MAX6761/MAX6762) thresholds for monitoring system voltages from 0.9V to Immune to Short Voltage Transients 5V with a selectable 5%, 10%, or 15% window voltage. The MAX6763/MAX6764 allow for externally adjustable Low 10A Supply Current thresholds. The MAX6754MAX6762 are available in Low-Voltage Operation (Outputs Valid for VCC two delay-timing options (20s, typ or 100ms, min). The Down to 1V) MAX6760/MAX6761/MAX6762 also include a latched -40C to +125C Operating Temperature Range overvoltage output function and the MAX6754MAX6762 Small SOT23 and TDFN Packages include a manual reset input.
