MAX6754MAX6764 19-3075 Rev 4 1/11 Low-Power, Single/Dual-Voltage Window Detectors General Description Features The MAX6754MAX6764 low-power window detectors Single- or Dual-Supply Voltage Monitors monitor undervoltage/overvoltage conditions on system Factory-Trimmed Window Threshold Options for power supplies. These devices assert when the moni- 5V, 3.3V, 3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.5V, 1.2V, and 0.9V tored voltage is under the undervoltage and/or over the Supplies overvoltage thresholds. The MAX6754MAX6759/MAX6763/MAX6764 monitor a Externally Adjustable Window Monitoring Options single voltage. The MAX6760/MAX6761/MAX6762 for Supplies Down to 0.5V monitor dual-voltage systems. The MAX6754/MAX6755/ Selectable Window Threshold Options (5%, MAX6756 provide a single undervoltage/overvoltage 10%, 15%) output and the MAX6757MAX6764 provide indepen- dent undervoltage and overvoltage outputs. The out- Single (Combined UV/OV) or Dual (Separate UV puts are available in push-pull or open-drain and OV) Outputs configurations. 20s (typ) or 100ms (min) Timeout Period Options The MAX6754MAX6762 offer factory-fixed voltage (MAX6754MAX6762) thresholds for monitoring system voltages from 0.9V to Manual Reset Input (MAX6754MAX6762) 5V with a selectable 5%, 10%, or 15% window volt- age. The MAX6763/MAX6764 allow for externally Latched Overvoltage Output Function adjustable thresholds. The MAX6760/MAX6761/MAX6762 also include a latched overvoltage output function and the Low 10A Supply Current MAX6754MAX6762 include a manual reset input.
