The VRH1102LTX with Dropout Regulators(LDO) SOT-23-5 RoHS is a SOT-23-5 RoHS compliant positioned low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from AnaSem. It is suitable for both AMS and CMOS output applications. The voltage ratings of the device range from 1.2V to 24V, with maximum currents of up to 2A.
