The VRH3001NVX is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator, manufactured by AnaSem, and is in an SDFN-4 surface mount package. It has RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliance, and is designed to provide a highly precise output voltage with very low dropout voltage. It also features a shutdown mode and high output accuracy, with a full load temperature of +125C.
