rosive lining system The Polytex 560 Pro is part of the Anticorrosive Lining System from the Polytex brand, designed for the more demanding requirements of industrial, marine and off-shore applications. The system uses Polymer Liners and an overlap system of continuous welded sheeting, using premium grade Polycarbonate Wax Coated Sheets (PCW), combined with an innovative modified Polymer Mortar (Polytex 560 Pro), which provides superior durability in harsh conditions. The Polytex 560 Pro is a combination of high-quality components with outstanding performance capable of withstanding the toughest of requirements. Polytex 560 Pro forms a hard wearing, robust lining system with excellent chemical and temperature resistance. It is easy to apply and provides outstanding performance in aggressive environments. The Polytex 560 Pro system is fast curing and highly resistant in extreme temperature ranges from -60°C to +100°C, providing a permanent protection against corrosion. It is ideal for use in areas of high risk for fire or explosion hazards and requires no separate insulation or cladding layers.
