Operation The safety rests with stop + go functions are recommended accessories for use with WP80FE soldering irons used with the WFE or WFEP bench top fume extraction units. A fibre optic sensor switches the extraction unit on, when the soldering iron is removed from the rest and after a short delay the extraction unit is switched off when the soldering iron is replaced in the rest. Advantage This will reduce energy cost and increase the time between servicing by lengthening the life of the filters in the extraction units. Associated product.
