MicrodevicesThe CQ330H is a Current & Power Monitors & Regulators 1 1000kHz 4.5V ~ 5.5V 4.5V ~ 5.5V LSSOP-24 RoHS manufactured by Asahi Kasei Microdevices. It provides voltage and current limiting with an adjustable output range of 4.5V to 5.5V, and is suited for use in power switching applications such as DC-DC converters, voltage regulators, and power logic supplies. It features a low supply current of 4.5mA and a wide operating temperature range of -20° C to 85° C. The CQ330H also has a high ripple rejection of 60 dB for both the AC and DC parts of the input signal, as well as a fast settling time of 0.6 µs, making it an ideal choice for power conditioning applications. This device is RoHS compliant, and comes in a 24-pin LSSOP package.
