The K49P-LCRR from Ascon is a transformerless overload relay with built-in phase loss and phase sequence protection. This device is typically used to protect motor loads against overload, phase loss, phase sequence and unbalanced loads. It offers adjustable start and reset times, as well as adjustable sensitivity levels to assure optimal protection. The K49P-LCRR is rated for 480VAC, three-phase operation with a maximum current rating of 90 Amps and a voltage drop of 4.5 volts. The device includes two N.O. contacts that can be used to signal or control a motor stop/start system or remote annunciation.
