The AX6901FRA is a SOT-23 RoHS-compliant microprocessor and microcontroller supervisor device manufactured by Axelite. It offers features such as Power-On Reset (POR) and push-button reset, manual reset/push-button reset, and watchdog timer. It is designed to protect microprocessors and microcontrollers from system failures due to unexpected resets or attempts to access corrupted memory addresses. It also provides protection from brown-out and voltage fluctuations and features an ultra-low supply current when in standby mode. The AX6901FRA is suitable for use in automotive, consumer, industrial, medical and telecom applications.
