Data Sheet Fixed Voltage DC Power Supplies Models 1680 & 1682A Model 1680 Model 1682A The 1680 and 1682A DC power supplies have a regulated output of 13.8 V, which is the same voltage as Features & Benefits an automotive electrical system when the engine is running and the battery is charging. At this fixed voltage Fixed 13.8 VDC output for automotive level, the 1680 can provide 4 A continuous, 6 A peak output current and the 1682A can provide 12 A applications continuous, 15 A peak output current. These outputs make them ideal for powering most automotive 6 A peak (1680), 15 A peak (1682A) accessories removed from the vehicle.
