M39012/57-3028 is a fuse made by Bel Fuse. It is a type 1CC box mount fuse, housed in a ceramic fuse designated JIS C 5010 1CC. This fuse is rated for a rated current of 25A, with a working voltage of 250VAC (or 150VDC). It has a 50,000 Ampide rating and features an IP20 rated enclosure for dust protection. It also features a red thermal fuse indicator for visual inspection.
