The BL1117-25CX is a positive fixed 1.5V @ 1A Low Dropout regulator (LDO) manufactured by Belling. It comes in a SOT-223 surface-mountable package with a 12V input and 2.5V output at 1A, and complies with the RoHS environmental standards. This regulator provides excellent performance in terms of output regulation, and is well suited for applications such as voltage regulation, driving LED indicators, or powering microprocessor cores. This part also features an internal compensation resistor, an output current limit, an output voltage of up to within ±2% accuracy, low quiescent current, and excellent line and load regulation.
