The Belling BL8531CB3TR30 is a DC-DC converter with SOT-23-3L packaging in a RoHS compliant form. It is a non-isolated buck regulator designed for portable electronics with low output voltage accuracy. With a wide input voltage range of 2.0V to 16.0V, it outputs an adjustable voltage from 0.6V to 6.6V. The device provides high performance with a wide range of switching frequencies from 250 kHz to 2 MHz. Its low dropout voltage (75mV typ. at Iout = 2A) combined with its high frequency switching allows for a very low power dissipation and low EMI, making it ideal for mobile and battery powered applications. It also features a programmable soft start, over temperature protection and a typical quiescient current of 28uA. RoHS compliance of this device ensures that it meets the requirements for a variety of applications.
