The BL9153-5.0 is a 3-pin SOT89-3L RoHS Dropout Regulator (LDO)/Voltage Regulator manufactured by Belling. It features an input voltage range of 2.2V to 15V and a fixed output voltage of 5V as well as a low-noise LDO structure with high PSRR. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C. The BL9153-5.0 is designed to provide excellent output current stability and an efficient power system solution for mobile phones, MP3s, and other portable devices. It has a low dropout voltage of 75mV to 250mV so it helps to reduce quiescent current consumption and a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of more than 60dB at 10kHz. Also, it has short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and over-current protection circuitry. It also has high ripple rejection up to 70dB (1kHz )and temperature coefficient of only 50ppm/°C. The BL9153-5.0 is suitable for use in a wide range of applications including DC-DC converters, voltage regulators, and power management solutions.
