The BF091M is a Gas Discharge Tube (GDT) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) made by Bencent. It is RoHS compliant and is designed for surge protection applications. It is capable of providing overvoltage protection for power supply lines, signal lines and I/O ports. The device is designed with a high current discharge capability for protection against damaging electrostatic discharges. The BF091M's compact design is suitable for application in space-constrained designs and offers a wide range of operating temperature range due to its heat-resistant construction.
