The BRCD3508MF with DC-DC Converters SOT23-6 RoHS from Blue Rocket is an ultra-small, high-efficiency step-down switching regulator. It provides a regulated output voltage of 0.8V to 5V from input supply voltages up to 8V. This device provides a maximum output current of 0.5A and delivers up to 91% efficiency at full load. The device is housed in a small SOT23-6 RoHS package. It includes onboard overcurrent, overvoltage, and thermal shutdown protection, and is designed to meet the requirements of RoHS compliant products. It is ideal for applications requiring a low voltage output from a high voltage input.
