.US1M with Diodes - Rectifiers - Hyperfast SMA (DO-214AC) RoHS manufactured by Bourne is a single-channel surface-mount rectifier designed for fast switching applications. It features a planar, single-die construction with an integrated hyperfast recovery time of 90ns maximum. The Hyperfast SMA package is capable of withstanding an operating temperature range from -50°C to 200°C. It is also RoHS compliant and is manufactured with MIL-PRF-19500-qualified materials. The forward voltage drop of this part is 1.1V at 25°C, with a maximum reverse voltage of 1kV. It is suitable for use in consumer, industrial, and commercial applications.
