The US-313 is an interface module manufactured by Brainboxes that provides two USB 2 ports and a single RS422/485 port operating at 1 MBaud. This device is designed to enable the connection of PC's with equipment such as automation systems, barcode scanners, and other industrial equipment. It is also suitable for use in applications where multiple digital and serial communications are required. The USB 2 ports support a variety of protocols, while the RS422/485 protocol allows for extended communication distances up to 4 km without additional hardware. The device is powered via a 5V DC power supply, and protection circuits are included to protect both the device and connected equipment. The US-313 is compatible with Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux operating systems.
