The BCT2014EUK50-TR is a SOT-23-5 Linear Voltage Regulator (LDO) produced by BROADCHIP. It features an ultra-low dropout voltage, as low as 200mV, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It has low quiescent current of 5µA and has a current limit of 150mA. The BCT2014EUK50-TR also has protection features such as overtemperature protection, overload shutdown, short circuit protection, and reverse current protection. It also meets RoHS requirements and is widely used for voltage regulation in applications such as consumer products, industrial and medical devices, power of Li-ION batteries, and other power management solutions.
