Additional Infomation About Product

The 6N136-500E is a optocoupler DC-IN 1-CH transistor with base DC-OUT 8-pin PDIP SMD T/R manufactured by Broadcom. It is designed to transfer digital signals between two isolated circuits with a very high current transmission speed. The device features a LED optically coupled to a phototransistor to provide electrical isolation between input and output logic circuits. It features an integrated high-speed switching circuit with very low drive current requirements. The 8-pin PDIP SMD T/R package allows for surface mount assembly, providing small size and low profile. The device is designed for isolated analog and logic signal connections, bus switches, peripheral interfaces, and protection from electrical noise.
