Additional Infomation About Product

Inc (formerly Avago Technologies):The ACPL-061L-500E is a high speed optocoupler, or optically isolated signal transfer device, with 10 MBd data rate manufactured by Broadcom Inc (formerly Avago Technologies). It features a dual-channel gallium-arsenide (GaA05) infrared LED on the input side of the device and an NPN silicon phototransistor on the output side. This optocoupler is rated for an isolation voltage of up to 5 kV [AC RMS], a CTR of 200%. It has a typical opto-coupler CTR of 500% at an input current of 5mA, a typical frequency response of 2.5MHz at an input current of 5mA, a typical rise/fall time of 4ns, and a typical propagation delay of 4ns. Additionally, it has a compact 4- pins dual-in-line (DIP) package configuration and an operating temperature range of -25 to +85°C.
