Additional Infomation About Product

The ACPL-7970-000E is an isolated Digital Isolator from Broadcom, also known as Avago. The device provides isolation up to 5000 volts between two ports, and is suitable for high speed signal and power conversion applications. It is offered in the 8-pin SOIC package, and offers a data transfer rate of 20 Mbps. The ACPL-7970-000E also features an adjustable output drive strength of 5mA or 10mA, wide supply voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5V, and a 3.3V or 5V supply voltage option. The device also features complementary outputs with symmetrical common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 80kV/µs. It is also RoHS compliant and UL recognized.
