Additional Infomation About Product

ACPL-847-000E is a very fast bidirectional Optocoupler from the 817 series of Broadcom's Isolation Amplifier and Optocoupler products. It has a wide input voltage range from 3.15 to 8.2 V with a CMOS output logic, and it has a low input current of 2mA. It is a solid state optocoupler and provides isolation over 2500VRMS for 2 minutes and creepage distance up to 14mm. It has a low propagation delay time of 6.2ns, making it ideal for high speed designs. The operating temperature range is -40 to +105°C.
