The device is widely used in industrial automation, medical systems, networking, and power supply applications. The ACPL-M50L-500E has superior reliability and high performance with exceptional temperature stability. The device offers an input-to-output isolation of up to 5000VAC, current transfer ratio (CTR) of up to 1000% at 6mA and a rise and fall time of 3 µs. The ACPL-M50L-500E has a small SO6 package and operates over a range of temperatures up to 105°C.
