Data Sheet ACPL-M75L High-Speed 15 MBd CMOS Optocoupler Description Features The Broadcom ACPL-M75L is a 15 MBd CMOS +3.3V and +5V CMOS compatibility optocoupler in a SOIC-5 package. This optocoupler utilizes 25 ns max. pulse width distortion the latest CMOS IC technology to achieve outstanding 55 ns max. propagation delay performance with very low power consumption. The basic 40 ns max. propagation delay skew building blocks of the ACPL-M75L are high-speed LEDs High speed: 15 MBd min and CMOS detector ICs. Each detector incorporates an 10 kV/s minimum Common-Mode Rejection (CMR) integrated photodiode, a high-speed transimpedance 40C to +105C temperature range amplifier, and a voltage comparator with an output driver.
