This optocoupler is ideally suited for 50-ns maximum propagation delay difference driving SiC/GaN (Silicon Carbide/Gallium Nitride) Rail-to-rail output voltage MOSFETs and IGBTs used in power conversion 100 kV/s minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at applications. The high operating voltage range of the output V = 1500V stage provides the drive voltages required by gate CM LED current input with hysteresis controlled devices.
