IncThe ACPL-W61L-500E from Broadcom Inc is a logic output optoisolator with a push-pull totem pole design featuring a 10MBd data rate and 5000Vrms isolation voltage. It has a single channel with an isolation voltage of 6kV and a common mode transient isolation (CMTI) of 6-SO stretched. The device can operate over a wide temperature range (from -40 to +105°C), has a response time of 20kV/us, and is compliant with industry standards including UL1577, IEC 60747-5-5. The ACPL-W61L-500E is suitable for use in a variety of industrial applications such as motor control, building automation, power supplies, and automotive applications.
