The exposed pad design enables excellent Energy efficient heat transfer from the package to the motherboard. An option Exposed metal slug for excellent heat transfer with electrically isolated metal slug is also available. Compatible with reflow soldering process The white power LED is available in the range of color High current operation temperature from 2700K to 10000K. Long operation life The low profile package design is suitable for a wide variety of Wide viewing angle at 140 applications especially where height is a constraint. Silicone encapsulation Non-ESD sensitive (threshold > 16 kV) The package is compatible with reflow soldering process. This part has a footprint that is compatible to most of the high MSL 2a products power LEDs in the market today.
