Additional Infomation About Product

The Broadcom HCNR201-300E is a high-speed optocoupler designed for use in high-performance industrial applications. It features an optically isolated input channel, with a high common-mode transient immunity and a fast response time of 8ns. The optocoupler is comprised of a gallium arsenide infrared light emitting diode (GaAIr LED) and a Silicon Avalanche photo diode (Si APD), coupled with each other by an air gap. It is packaged in an industry standard 8-pin dual-in-line package (DIP). The HCNR201-300E optocoupler is suitable for use in digital communication systems, high-speed line receivers and switching power supplies.
