The HCPL-0738 40 ns maximum propagation delay skew optocoupler utilizes the latest CMOS IC technol- 20 ns typical propagation delay ogy to achieve out-standing performance with very low power consumption. Basic building blocks of HCPL-0738 High speed: 15 MBd are high speed LEDs and CMOS detector ICs.
