The HCPL-2601-500E is an optocoupler designed by Broadcom for high speed signal transmission with a data-rate up to 10Mbps and 1 channel. The component has an input of 5mA and operates at a voltage range between 2V and 36V. The optocoupler is specified with a maximum transmission delay of 3.3ns at 10Mbps data-rate, which makes it suitable for high speed inter-signal and pulse-signal control. The component also has a low output saturation voltage of 0.4V at the same 10Mbps data-rate, giving it the ability to maintain high signal integrity. The optocoupler has insulation resistance of 1G ohms, capable of providing high level voltages when storing DC or AC signals. The HCPL-2601-500E is designed to robustly withstand temperature changes while operating between -55°C and 125°C.
