Additional Infomation About Product

The HCPL-3180-000E High Speed Optocouplers 2.0A IGBT Gate Drive manufactured by Broadcom is an organized integrated circuit (IC) optocoupler that is designed for use in IGBT gate drive applications. This optocoupler is constructed with an AlgainP™ high speed LED optically coupled to an integrated photo detector circuit. It also features active current limit circuits, a dV/dt immune internal photocoupler, and optical coupling isolation voltage of 4,500 VRMS minimum for 1 minute. This optocoupler also has a high common mode rejection ratio of 800 V/µs and a high surge current of 2A. The operating temperature range for this device is -40°C to 105°C. This optocoupler has a UL approved planar construction, making it ideal for use in space-constrained applications.
