HFBR-RUS100Z is an optocoupler produced by Broadcom. It is a phototransistor output optocoupler with a through-hole package and silicone-tinted epoxy body construction. Its isolation voltage is 5000 Vrms and its operating temperature range is from -40 to +85°C. This optocoupler has a high-speed switching time of 10µs and an optimal optical transmission of 10mW/sr. Its forward current is 5mA with a minimum CTR of 1000%, making it suitable for wide data transfer applications. The device is suitable for a variety of industrial applications, such as telecommunication, automotive, and industrial automation.
