They are designed in industry-standard Compatible with reflow soldering packaging for ease of handling and use. Compatible with automatic placement equipment These chipLEDs come in either a side-emitting package Operating temperature range 40C to +85C (HSMW-C120) or in top-emitting packages (HSMW-C130, Come in 8-mm tape on 7-in. diameter reels C191, C197, and C265). Applications The packages all compatible with IR reflow soldering process and come in 8-mm tape on a 7-in. diameter reel. LCD backlighting They are compatible with automatic placement equipment. Keypad backlighting Pushbutton backlighting To facilitate pick-and-place operation, these chipLEDs are Symbol backlighting shipped in tape and reel with 4000 units per reel for the HSMW-C120, C130, C191, and C197 packages, and 3000 units per reel for the HSMW-C265 package.
