Additional Infomation About Product

BL-219 is a component from the Bug Labs open source hardware platform that supports rapid prototyping of embedded consumer products. It is an optional daughterboard that can be connected to Bug Labs’ base products, the BUGbase, BUGkits, and BUGeasel. The BL-219 board provides additional connectivity for peripheral devices and expansion over a USB host or USB device interface. It features a CAN transceiver, an AT90CAN32 USB-Controllable Microcontroller, communication interface, two status LEDs, two USB connectors and a 2x20 socket that can accommodate additional Bug Lab components. The BL-219 is designed to allow a user to quickly and easily prototype custom systems and extend the functionality of the Bug Labs platform.
