The FR4 510X1150X0.8MM 35/35 part of Bungard is a flame-retardant, epoxy-fiberglass composite material with an insulation resistance of 2 -3 kV/mm. It has an excellent heat and moisture resistance, as well as good strength, allowing it to be used for a variety of electrical and electronic applications. The thickness of 0.8mm allows for the production of double-sided PCBs in compact designs. The two layers are 35 microns thick on each side, giving the material a total thickness of 70 microns. This product is ideal for applications in industries such as telecommunication, automotive, computers and lighting.
