Additional Infomation About Product

The 3N171 is a dual, complementary, monolithic, low-power, high-speed, Bipolar Transistor Logic (BTL) line driver. It is designed for use in systems where fan-out and high speed are required. The 3N171 contains 2 NPN and 2 PNP transistors to drive two independent BTL lines. It is designed to provide superior performance over current families of BTL line drivers. The output levels of the 3N171 are designed to be compatible with many 6-bit and 8-bit microprocessors, DMA and other BTL logic circuitry. The 3N171 maintains low static power dissipation, typically 30mW. It operates over the temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
