This IC consists of a two stage gain control amplier and a xed gain video amplier. The device provides a differential input and differential output for noise performance, which eliminates shielding requirements. 3221 The package is 8-pin SSOP (Shrink Small Outline Package) suitable for surface mount. N This IC is manufactured using the 10 GHz f T NESAT AL silicon bipolar process. This process uses silicon nitride passivation lm. This material can protect chip surface from 1 2 3 4 external pollution and prevent corrosion/migration. Thus, this 3.0 MAX IC has excellent performance, uniformity and reliability.
