The MMSZ4706 with Single 500mW 19V SOD-123 Zener Diodes ROHS manufactured by Changjing Electronics Technology is a single 500mW 19V Zener diode in a small SOD-123 package for surface-mount electronic applications. This diode is used for providing a constant voltage regulator for applications such as stabilizing voltage, clamping, and eliminating noise and transients on a power line.
