The SMF18A is an unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) device manufactured by Changjing Electronics Technology. It is constructed in a SOD-123FL package and is RoHS compliant. It provides protection from overvoltage transients up to a maximum of 29.2V for 6.8A currents and has a low leakage current of 1uA at 20V. It also has voltage- and current-clamping levels of 18V and 22.1V, respectively.
