CP410 is a conductive epoxy from Chemtronics, a manufacturer of specialty electronic chemicals. The two-part, non-corrosive, silver-filled epoxy offers superior electrical and thermal performance. It has an extremely short cure time, usually 5 minutes or less. CP410 can be used for chip packaging, circuit board repairs, antenna bonding, and the bonding of thermally and electrically conductive substrates. It is electrically conductive, non-corrosive, and requires no stirring. It has a low viscosity and is a low-shrink epoxy, allowing for gap filling and surface-stress relief.
