The CHIPANALOG CA-IS3740LW is a 16-pin SOIC Digital Isolator designed to provide isolation of up to 6 kVrms (measured using a 1.2/50 µs surge) between two isolated DC circuits. It features both primary and secondary integrated circuit (IC) level input/outputs, an isolation voltage rating of 1000 Vrms, a robust high-speed CMOS circuitry, and an advanced isolation technology drive. It offers fast speeds of up to 2.5 Mbps for data communication and a propagation delay of 4.2 us.
