The ICN6211 is a specialized Quad Flat No-Lead or QFN-48 RoHS manufactured by Chipone and is a highly integrated monolithic synchronous buck converter with PWM/PFM control mode. It combines a high-voltage converter with a high-speed PMOS switch. It delivers up to 2A of adjustable output current over a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 18V. Two integrated low side drivers, operating at 8V, provide controlled power dissipation for high peak current load. The ICN6211 also has a wide variety of features including: a wide operating input voltage range, adjustable current limit, programmable soft start, adjustable switching frequency, synchronous rectification control, and over-temperature protection. The ICN6211 also has reset-by-block capability, which further enhances its performance by allowing continuous operation during transients in the input voltage conditions.
