Chipown PN8122 with Switching Controllers DIP-7 RoHS is a single-phase controller with integrated gate drivers containing low RDS(on) power MOSFETs in a single DIP package. It incorporates over voltage, short-circuit protection, programmable soft-start time, high voltage working under-voltage protection, and low start-up current. The wide working voltage range and low power consumption make it suitable for applications such as power supply, motor control, and UPS, etc. This chip is compliant with the RoHS directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and it is lead-free (Pb-free).
