The 801-1034 area in Concord is located in the centre of the city and is bordered by Pittsburg to the north, Ygnacio Valley to the east, Clayton to the south, and Walnut Creek to the west. The area is mostly residential and is home to a mix of townhouses, single-family homes, and low-income housing. The majority of which are located in the Barrington and Monte Verde neighborhoods. Along with residential areas, 801-1034 includes a number of commercial strips and neighborhoods including a business park and shopping centers. Popular destinations such as SunValley Mall, El Paseo de Saratoga Shopping Center, and Willows Shopping Center are located nearby as well.
