The KTH1621SL-ST3 SOT-23-3L Hall Sensor ROHS by CONNTEK is an integrated 3-axis Hall sensor designed for use in automotive applications. It features an integrated magnetic sensor in a low profile package, allowing for easy integration into automotive and other systems. The device has a built-in temperature-compensated amplifier and 14-bit digital output, making it suitable for a wide range of automotive and other applications. It is RoHS compliant and has a maximum operating temperature of 150°C.
