Additional Infomation About Product

ElectronicsThe CN813L is a Supervisors SOP8 RoHS compliant integrated circuit (IC) with Power Management Interface Circuit (PMIC) manufactured by Consonance Electronics. It is a single-channel PMIC and is used for reset and power monitoring for microcontrollers or digital integrated circuits. The CN813L has an integrated analog voltage detector that monitors the power supply for 1.25V to 4.25V DC input. It has a reset output with an active low polarity as well as an open drain output capable of sinking 200mA. In addition, the IC also has an active-high output with programmable reset threshold voltage of 2.2V to 4.25V with a maximum reset delay of 500ms and an active recovery time of 40ms. This IC is designed for industrial applications and requires minimal external component count. It is also RoHS compliant and is packaged in an SOP8 package.
