.The CBM3485AS8 is a RoHS compliant, SOIC-8 integrated circuit manufactured by Corebai Microelectronics. It is a RS-485/RS-422 compatible IC designed to transmit and receive serial data over a differential line. It operates on a single 5V supply and provides ±15kV ESD protection. Features include wide signal bandwidth up to 1Mbps, low EMI, ultra low power consumption, noise immunity, robust protocol support, hot swapping, and auto baud rate detection. The integrated RTS pin supports simple flow control, making the CBM3485AS8 perfectly suited for a wide range of applications such as controls for industrial automation, automated test equipment, digitally controlled power supplies, and instrumentation systems.
